Get out your Hawaiian Inspired Cook Books because we are going to have some Hukilau fun at the Amador County Fair!Our Miss Louise Hall special contests this year feature Coconut Cream Pie, Chocolate Lava Cake, Macadamia Nut Cookies and for men only Hawaiian Short Ribs. For those who want to try their hand with flowers you may want to check out the Hawaiian Leis competition.
We are putting the finishing touches on the Exhibitor Guidebook and hope to have it posted to our web site by April 15, maybe sooner! Our online entries worked great last year and we are expanding our offerings. Watch this blog for more information.
